For best results, you will need 3 sizes of hand weights: Kenzie will be using 3 sets of weights: 3lbs, 5lbs, and 8lbs. When you're doing a Descending Interval, you're doing a series of maximal efforts that get shorter as the interval goes on, allowing you to increase your weight size as you go.
