All of our 30 minute all-levels classes provide pre/post natal modifications, however this series dives deeper to help educate you on more intense modifications and completely new positions that you might find helpful during and shortly after pregnancy. We do not recommend these workouts unless you have been cleared by your doctor to exercise.
